Welcome to Nerdworth, operated by Nerdbeak, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nerdworth website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please discontinue your use immediately.

1. Non-Affiliation and Disclaimer

Nerdworth is an independent platform dedicated to cataloging, tracking, and sharing data on modern pop art slabbed pieces. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Piggybanx, Glu3trap, or any other artists, brands, or studios unless explicitly stated.

1.2 Third-Party Rights

All trademarks, brand names, and logos referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. They are displayed on Nerdworth for informational, reporting, and educational purposes only under fair use principles. Nerdbeak, Inc. does not claim any ownership or endorsement of third-party content.

1.3 No Partnership or Endorsement

Nothing on our Platform should be construed as creating any partnership, agency, or endorsement relationship between Nerdbeak, Inc. and any third-party entity.

2. Purpose of the Platform

2.1 Community and Transparency

Nerdworth aims to empower collectors and artists by providing a transparent, community-driven resource for modern pop art slabbed pieces. Our objective is to foster community engagement and preserve the history of collectible art.

2.2 Publicly Sourced Data

Data presented on Nerdworth is aggregated from publicly available sources, auction results, and user submissions. We do not alter third-party information except to organize, categorize, or comment on it.

3. Fair Use Notice

Content featured on the Platform may include images, descriptions, and references to third-party artworks or brands. Such content is used under the fair use doctrine for purposes of reporting, commentary, criticism, or newsworthiness.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Nerdbeak, Inc. Ownership

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) provided on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Nerdbeak, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Artist and Third-Party Rights

Any third-party content displayed on the Platform remains the exclusive property of its respective owners. Nerdbeak, Inc. does not claim ownership of any artwork or intellectual property that does not belong to us.

4.3 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit the Platform’s content without our prior written consent, unless such use is permissible under applicable law (e.g., fair use).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to keep all information on Nerdworth accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties regarding the correctness, completeness, or reliability of any data. The use of any information on the Platform is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerdbeak, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
